Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy Appoints Contributing Expert: Rekha Lakshmanan

The Baker Institute for Public Policy is one the nation's premier nonpartisan think tanks. As part of its work, the Institute periodically appoints contributing experts. This year, as reported by the TMC Pulse, Rekha was appointed a Contributing Expert to the Institute's Center for Health and Bioscience (CHB). She joins a distinguished list of 25 experts.

CHB is charged with providing "health policy recommendations that promote health and well-being in the United States and globally." The Center has been a foundational voice in shaping healthcare policy in the United States and around the world.
